Job summary

Goodwill - Redwood Empire in Santa Rosa is seeking an Outlet Cashier/Keyholder (Full-Time) to support sales transactions and oversee shift operations at the Outlet Center on Yolanda Avenue.

You will handle cash, assist customers, and help prepare and rotate donated goods while maintaining a clean, safe shopping environment. A safety-sensitive role, you will work 40 hours weekly and may take on duties as Shift Leader.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year cashiering experience.
• Beginning level computer skills with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; basic math.
• Able to read, understand directions and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Count cash drawer and operate cash register and card machine.
• Enter daily sales data and assist with end-of-day reports.
• Perform bank deposits and change runs as needed.
• Maintain neat, clean, and shoppable Outlet environment.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures when assigned as Shift Leader.
• Address customer issues and assist with product rotations.
