Purpose
To produce and ensure completion of all the bills supporting documents on food and beverage sales at the assigned outlets.

Job Description

Tasks

• Prepare bills on all the kitchen and beverage order tickets issued by the service staff.
• Post charges to guests' folios by POS machines.
• Ensure that the signatures required by the guests are obtained.
• Collect cash on all cash sales.
• Complete bill entry sheets and other documents as necessary.
• Answer the outlet telephone in the prescribed manner and provide assistance to callers.
• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all times.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Property Management System and Microsoft Office.
