Hilton Anatole's SER Steak + Spirits is seeking a Barback to join our high-energy team on the 27th floor, overlooking downtown Dallas. You will support the bar by prepping garnishes, stocking supplies, and assisting bartenders to ensure guests receive fast, exceptional service.

Ideal candidates bring knowledge of food and beverage operations, thrive in a high-volume setting, and maintain meticulous cleanliness and organization. Flexible shifts and team-oriented culture welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve orders from storeroom, check stock, and reconcile with requisitions.
• Prepare the bar by cutting garnishes, slicing and peeling perishable items, mixing juices, and stocking supplies.
• Assist bartenders with stocking and maintaining the bar, including paper products, glassware, ice and condiments.
• Transport taps and replace and maintain beer kegs and related equipment.
• Keep bar areas, beer lockers, refrigerators and storage areas clean and compliant with codes.

SER Steak + Spirits is seeking a Barback to join their talented team!

Integrated within Hilton Anatole SER Steak + Spirits is our signature steakhouse appointed on the 27th floor overlooking 45 acres of downtown Dallas. This AAA 4-Diamond property features over 1600 luxurious rooms 600000 square feet of event space and seven unique dining options Hilton Anatole is the epitome of excellence in hospitality.

We are seeking an energetic individual who is career driven with a positive approach to hospitality.

As the ideal candidate you will:

• Have a solidified knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Have previous experience in a high-volume professional atmosphere
• Have a detail-oriented approach to your work
• Have previous experience working in a time-sensitive atmosphere

What will I be doing?

As a Barback you would be responsible for preparing and servicing permanent and portable bars throughout the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Retrieve orders from storeroom visually check stock and reconcile with written requisitions to ensure order accuracy and re-check stock upon delivery
• Prepare the bar by cutting slicing and peeling perishable garnishes and fruits mixing and pouring juices and storing back-up supplies in prescribed containers
• Check with and assist the bartender to stock and maintain the bar to include but not limited to paper products straws and stirrers condiments glassware ice and produce
• Transport taps and replace and perform routine maintenance on beer kegs
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area beer lockers refrigerators and storage areas in accordance with federal state local and company codes
