Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Food outlet operations including foods, supervisory aspects, service techniques, and guest interaction.
• Knowledge of all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Hold a Food Handler Card.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure high-quality customer service in lounge, dining, and banquet areas; address complaints and identify trends for improvement.
• Assist in budgeting and business planning; analyze P&L to assess department performance.
• Evaluate beverage costs and establish inventory par values to control costs.
• Estimate staffing needs based on guest counts and events; adjust schedules to balance productivity and service quality.
• Make personnel decisions and coach staff to improve productivity and safety.
