Qualifications

• Ability to operate as part of a fast-paced outlet team and meet daily quotas.
• Comfort with handling cash, processing donations, and assisting customers.

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders and maintains a balanced cash drawer while following cash handling procedures.
• Help move and rotate furniture, sort recyclables, and assist in donation processing.
• Provide information about Goodwill programs and direct escalated questions to managers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and backroom, including organized pallets and labeled items.
• Assist with customer furniture carry-out requests and help with daily production/quality quotas.
