Job summary

The North Face seeks an Associate Allocator (Outlets) in Denver, CO to support The North Face Direct-to-Consumer operations across North America. You will help ensure stores have the right product, in the right quantities, at the right time through floor sets and replenishment management.

You will partner with Buying and Planning to align allocation with financial goals, analyze sales and inventory by style/color/size, and develop replenishment models.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in corporate retail analytics or a related function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify issues and deliver solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to highlight insights and actions.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly floor sets and manage store replenishment by inventory and size level.
• Develop allocation strategies to support DTC financial goals with Buying and Planning.
• Analyze sales and inventory performance to balance stock levels and assortment across stores.
• Plan and manage replenishment models; monitor performance and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Visual, Store Operations, Logistics, and DC teams.
