Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited in Denver seeks an Associate Allocator to support The North Face DTC across North America. You will manage monthly floor sets and store replenishment, using sales and inventory data to set stock levels by style, color, and size across regions.

You will partner with Buying, Planning, Merchandising and Store Operations to align inventory with financial goals, requiring strong analytical, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in corporate retail with an analytical focus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Ability to create and deliver clear presentations on business challenges and actions.
• Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop allocation strategies to support DTC financial goals.
• Execute store floor sets and alignment with assortment strategies and branding.
• Analyse sales/inventory to guide allocation by style/color/size across stores.
• Manage replenishment models balancing demand, capacity, and store contribution.
• Monitor size-level selling and coordinate inbound/outbound inventory with teams.
• Plan distribution to stores and track in-transit inventory against forecasts.
• Coordinate store transfers and channel inventory transfers to maximise opportunities.
• Participate in store visits and share findings to drive actions.
