Job summary

The North Face is seeking an Associate Allocator (Outlets) in Denver, CO to support Direct-to-Consumer allocation across North America. You will ensure retail locations have the right product, in the right quantities, at the right time, while partnering closely with Buying and Planning to meet financial objectives.

You’ll build replenishment models, analyze inventory performance, and coordinate with Merchandising, Visual, Store Ops, Logistics, and DC teams to optimize inventory and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Support DTC allocation by partnering with Buying and Planning to meet financial goals.
• Execute initial floor sets and manage replenishment to balance stock and assortment.
• Analyze sales and inventory to determine allocation by style, color, size across regions and stores.
• Develop replenishment models balancing demand, store capacity, and contribution; review weekly.
• Monitor size-level selling to ensure availability and strong customer experience.
• Collaborate with Store Ops, Logistics, and DC to align inventory with store needs.
• Participate in store visits and share findings to inform actions.
• Contribute to the success of the DTC organization through cross-functional partnership and continuous improvement.
