The North Face seeks an Associate Allocator (Outlets) to support the DTC business across North America, focusing on floor sets, replenishment, inventory, and assortments in stores. You will work cross-functionally with Buying, Planning, Merchandising, and Store Ops to optimize inventory and sales.

Based in Denver, CO, the role requires 1+ years of experience in retail allocation or planning, strong analytical abilities, Excel proficiency, and excellent communication skills to drive results.

Qualifications

• Corporate retail industry experience in Allocation/Planning or a related function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute initial floor sets aligned with assortment strategies, in-store visual direction, and brand stories.
• Analyze sales and inventory performance to guide allocation by style, color, and size across store levels.
• Develop and manage replenishment models balancing sales demand, store capacity and contribution.
• Plan product distribution to stores and coordinate inbound/outbound inventory with Store Ops, Logistics and DC teams.
• Initiate store-to-store transfers and inventory consolidations based on lifecycle and performance.
• Participate in store visits and share findings with recommendations for action.
