TSMC Arizona is seeking an Outgoing Quality Assurance Technician to join our Phoenix fab, supporting 12‑hour shift operations in a state‑of‑the‑art facility.

You will perform diverse quality tasks, configure inspection tool recipes, and work with QA teams to ensure accurate shipments while upholding strict safety and cleanliness standards. The role requires high attention to detail and effective collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform diverse quality-related functions, ensuring efficient execution of operational, equipment, and support tasks.
• Develop and execute Outgoing Corrective Action Plans (OCAP) to proactively address and resolve nonconformities in outgoing products.
• Configure equipment recipes for automatic inspection tools, ensuring precise and accurate product inspection.
• Collaborate effectively with Outgoing Quality Assurance operators, providing essential support for daily activities, including product shipment preparation.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by strictly following all standards and workplace safety protocols.
