Job summary

Sportsman’s Warehouse in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Associate / Outfitter for part-time hours. You will help create an exceptional in-store experience by greeting customers, answering questions, and sharing knowledge about our outdoor gear.

This role offers an hourly wage of $12.00 with eligibility for benefits and incentive programs. Training is provided to build product knowledge and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to greet and assist customers and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Willingness to participate in comprehensive training and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet every customer with a friendly smile, listen to their needs, and go above and beyond to ensure they have an outstanding experience in our store.
• Be a Knowledgeable Guide: Share your passion and expertise about outdoor activities, products, and destinations. Help customers find exactly what they need for their next adventure.
• Maintain an Inviting Space: Keep the department clean, organized, and well-stocked, creating a welcoming environment that encourages customers to explore and enjoy.
• Promote Our Best Products: Educate customers on our products’ features and benefits, including protection plans and gear upgrades.
• Support Team Success: Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth store operations and a positive atmosphere.
