Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, identifying needs, providing product recommendations, and creating a welcoming shopping experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across multiple departments to assist customers with merchandise selection and answer questions accurately.
• Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and other transactions accurately while following company policies and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, facing product, rotating merchandise, building displays, installing signage, and ensuring a clean, organized sales floor.
• Receive, unload, verify, and process incoming freight with inventory accuracy and timely replenishment.
• Assist with backroom organization, inventory management, cycle counts, price changes, and maintaining stock levels.
• Operate equipment and move merchandise safely according to policies.
