Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You love talking with people and helping them find the right outdoor products.
• Active, standing shifts with light lifting up to 20 lbs. Comfortable on your feet for long periods.
• Comprehensive training provided, including sales and product knowledge; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and addressing needs. Ensure a positive in-store experience.
