Job summary

G-III Apparel Group, in New York, oversees Levi’s Ladies Outerwear and supports the product development team in creating, managing, and tracking seasonal samples and product details for Levi’s Men’s Outerwear collections.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced environment, reporting to the Director of Design. This on-site position sits in New York City, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and overseas coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• 1–2 years of experience in product development or related apparel field
• Knowledge of apparel construction, BOMs, and development processes
• Experience working in a high SKU volume environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Support in the development and tracking of seasonal samples from prototype to production.
• Create and update production BOMs and communicate with vendors.
• Send fit comments and sample updates to factories and track all communications.
• Coordinate sample orders with factories and suppliers.
• Maintain seasonal factory development charts and communicate changes to overseas partners.
