IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA), a RB Global company, is seeking Yard Staff to join our team. You will be the frontline in preparing vehicles for auction, performing detailed cleaning, and safely moving vehicles around the facility.

The role emphasizes safety, customer interaction, and learning new technologies used in our auction process. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
• There are physical demands to this role, not a desk job.

Responsabilités

• Check-in vehicles by recording and filing information.
• Detail vehicles to enhance appearance and value at auction.
• Operate passenger vehicles safely on-site and in drive-through auctions.
• Recover keys, license plates, and other items for storage.
• Assist visitors with guidance to the appropriate staff.
• Train in forklift and loader operation.
