Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an outdoor vehicle return role at airport locations. You will greet customers, handle keys, record mileage and fuel levels, and check vehicles into the system while ensuring accurate processing and great service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
• Effective verbal communication and strong customer service.
• Enjoyment of working outdoors and with customers.
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility to work shifts.
• 6 months retail or customer service experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers as they return rental vehicles, greet customers, secure keys, record mileage, fuel levels and vehicle condition, and check cars into the system.
• Ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and accurately while delivering professional, friendly service.
