Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an outdoor, customer-focused role at airport locations. You will assist customers during the rental and return process, handling vehicle checks and data entry with handheld devices. Training is provided and bi-weekly pay applies, with potential shift premium.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
• Effective verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Customer-first mindset and positive service approach.
• Strong professionalism and patience.
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active.
• Must be 18+ years old and legally allowed to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process on airport lots.
• Check vehicles and enter information into handheld devices.
• Process rentals for loyalty customers and assist at exit gates.
• Provide professional, friendly service to ensure a smooth, positive experience for every customer.
