Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an outdoor vehicle return associate at our airport locations. You will greet customers, secure keys, and record vehicle details to ensure smooth processing and readiness for the next rental.

We value friendly, dependable team members who can stand for periods, work outdoors, and provide excellent service. On-site work with possible shift premiums and full benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry) helpful.
• Good verbal communication and a friendly demeanor.
• Enjoy working with customers and providing excellent service.
• Willingness to work outdoors and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers as they return rental vehicles, greet customers, secure keys, and record mileage and fuel levels.
• Check vehicles into the computer system and ensure accurate processing for the next rental.
• Provide professional, friendly service and maintain vehicle condition and readiness.
