Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an outdoor customer service role at our Kailua airport location. You will assist customers returning rental vehicles, greet them, secure keys, record mileage and fuel levels, and check cars in using our computer system.

We offer on-the-job training, paid time off, medical/dental insurance, a 401(k), and employee discounts. Must be able to work outdoors and stand/walk for extended periods; 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills (typing/data entry).
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Enjoyment of working with customers and providing great service.
• Willingness to work outdoors and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers as they return rental vehicles, greet customers, secure keys, record mileage and fuel levels, and check vehicles into the system.
• Process vehicles efficiently and accurately while delivering professional, friendly customer service.
