Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring at our Kailua Kona airport location in Hawaii. In this outdoor, customer-facing role, you'll help guests return rental vehicles and ensure a smooth check-in process, delivering friendly service that sets up the next customer's experience.

You will greet customers, secure keys, record mileage and fuel, inspect vehicle condition, and enter data into our computer system. A valid driver's license and the ability to stand and move around the lot are required; we provide

Qualifications

• 6 months retail or customer service experience is a bonus.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot, enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with the return process.
• Secure keys, record mileage, fuel levels and vehicle condition.
• Check vehicles into the computer system and ensure accurate processing.
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service.
