ELM Utility Services in North Bend, WA seeks a Utility Locate Technician to mark and locate underground utilities using marking paint, flags, and tools. You’ll work from a company vehicle and complete a daily route, ensuring safe excavation and reliable utility services.

This is a Safety-Sensitive DOT role requiring a pre-employment drug test, background check, and a valid driver's license. On-call rotation and occasional nights/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug test required and background check.
• Safety-Sensitive DOT position compliance with Federal regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Work outdoors using company vehicle as a mobile office.
• Locate and mark underground utilities with paint, flags, or whiskers.
• Receive tasks via mobile work system and complete routes daily.
• On-call rotation and overtime, including some nights and weekends.
