Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC hires entry-level and skilled tree trimmers and climbers. On-job training is provided. This nationwide utility contractor trims, tops, and reshapes trees to clear powerlines, working outdoors in all weather.

All-discipline crew roles include operating tools, ensuring safety, and maintaining good customer relations. Competitive hourly pay based on experience is offered with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Identify tree and shrub species knowledge.
• Ability to work at heights and in all weather.
• Willing to work long hours including emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Trim and remove trees by climbing or ground work with hand and power tools.
• Operate and service required equipment safely.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate crew tasks.
• Obtain access from property owners and explain work to be done.
• Maintain customer relations and ensure safe worksite.
