Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Mechanicsville, VA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a small team, deliver excellent guest service, and uphold safety in an outdoor car wash environment.

You will help manage daily operations, participate in training, and assist with admin tasks while driving results toward volume and profitability goals.

This role offers growth opportunities, a commission component, and a schedule with 35–45 hours weekly, plus benefits as described.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a small team of 10-15 employees, while creating a culture that emphasizes teamwork and fun.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
• Assist in limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.
• Assist in the training and developing employees at every position.
