Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a 10–15 person team on the front lines and in operations. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure a fast-paced, safe work environment, and assist with training and daily maintenance tasks.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of leadership experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a mechanical mindset. Outdoor duties and weather exposure are expected, with evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualificações

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in leading a small team of 10 -15 employees, while creating a culture that emphasizes teamwork and fun.
