Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to stand for long hours and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 10–15 employees and foster teamwork.
• Provide a high-quality guest experience through friendly service.
• Assist in training and developing employees at every position.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping and equipment rooms.
• Perform limited admin tasks and quick checks on equipment.
