The City of Peoria, AZ is seeking a Street Maintenance Worker to perform general street maintenance tasks in the Street Maintenance Unit (Asphalt). You will be responsible for placing hot asphalt for repair, filling potholes, removing obstructions and debris from roadways, and assisting with traffic control while supporting the team on various assignments outdoors.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about outdoor work, possess basic construction knowledge, and demonstrate a strong team

Formación

• Passion for working outdoors in the elements.
• Working knowledge of basic construction practices.
• Great attitude and the ability to work within a team structure and perform solo tasks as required.

Responsabilidades

• Place hot asphalt for repair and fill potholes.
• Remove obstructions and debris from roadways; provide traffic control.
• Attend trainings and perform other duties as assigned.
