Big R Stores in Peyton, CO is hiring a Sporting Goods Team Member for a full-time role focused on customer service, stocking, and transactions. The position requires basic computer use, weekend availability, and a positive team attitude.

Knowledge of firearms, hunting, fishing, and wildlife regulations is preferred. A high school diploma is required to join our team and support the rural lifestyle we celebrate.

Qualificações

• General knowledge of all department's products is desired.
• Must be able to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• 21 Years of Age: Must be able to pass a background check for Sporting Goods and Receiver positions to handle and/or sell firearms.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers as they enter the building and as you come into contact with them throughout the store.
• Listening to their needs and responding to their questions or concerns in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Strive to create a positive experience by attentive, patient, and respectful service, offering accurate information and going above and beyond to meet customer expectations.
• Address issues promptly with support from a member of management to find effective solutions and ensure customers feel valued and satisfied with the service they receive.
• Stock and organize products by replenishing shelves, rotating products, maintaining freshness and labeling, and keeping the floor neat.
