Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team Members who handle or sell firearms must be 18+ and pass a background check with firearms safety training.
• Previous retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage all Customers and provide Best in Class service.
• Keep endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items full and in stock.
• Maintain clean sales floor and display areas.
• Assist with price changes including regular, clearance, and sale items.
• Execute nightly recovery of departments and fronting of shelves.
• Assist with cash register operations as needed.
