Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders when needed.
• Previous retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to comply with firearms-related policies for team members handling firearms.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage Customers to provide Best in Class service.
• Maintain endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items full and in stock.
• Keep sales floor clean and organized, including shelves and displays.
• Assist with price changes and merchandise resets.
• Support cash register operations as needed.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and other company initiatives.
