Job summary

Fleet Farm in Clintonville, WI, is seeking a Sporting Goods Team Member to deliver Best in Class service, engage customers, and recommend products to boost sales. You’ll greet shoppers, keep shelves stocked, and maintain clean sales floors.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage all customers and provide Best in Class service.
Keep endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items full and in stock.
Maintain sales floor readiness with clean shelves, displays and kick plates.
Assist with price changes and promotions.
Perform nightly recovery of departments including fronting shelves and product filling.
Assist with cash register operations when needed.
Support merchandise resets, visual displays, and freight flow to reflect offerings.
Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and other initiatives.
