L.L.Bean’s Partridge Creek Mall store in Clinton Township, MI seeks a Store Team Leader of Retail Operations to drive business results and lead a year-round, benefited, full-time team. This role oversees stock, omni-channel processes, and customer service, ensuring the legendary L.L.Bean experience aligns with our Outdoor Heritage and safety standards.

You will train associates, manage the floor, and collaborate with leadership to optimize operations, inventory accuracy, and sales performance

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of retail experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Systems knowledge (POS, Word, Excel) and comfort with social media platforms.
• Capability to build strong partnerships and to work collaboratively to achieve goals.
• Ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Demonstrated ability to foster an inclusive work environment and customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Drive store operations and supervise team to deliver customer experience.
• Oversee stockroom, inbound freight, and replenishment.
• Lead omni-channel processes including FES orders and RIOs.
• Enforce loss prevention and safety policies.
• Coach and train associates using GUIDE programs.
• Act as Leader on Duty to drive sales.
