Job summary

Camp Sealth is seeking individuals to join our outdoor education team near Vashon Island. Ideal candidates have a passion for the outdoors and enjoy sharing it with others while living and working on-site with a close-knit team.

In this role you will lead programming and, on a rotating basis, assist with operational tasks such as meal prep, cleaning, guest needs, and maintaining cabins/bathrooms after guests depart.

Qualifications

• Passion for outdoors/nature and sharing it with others.
• Willing to live on-site in communal housing.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead outdoor education programming.
• Assist with on-site operations, including meal prep and clean-up, guest needs, and maintaining spaces.
• Support the team in rustic housing environments and guest services.
