Outdoor Collective LLC is seeking a Product Developer specialized in outerwear to drive development from tech pack to production, ensuring alignment with the designer vision and cost targets. You will manage BOMs, vendor communication, and maintain accurate product data in PLM systems.

Ideal candidates have 5–6 years in product development, preferably in outerwear, with a Design/Development bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of product development experience, preferably with outerwear.
• A Design and/or Development Bachelor's degree is preferable and appreciated.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify garment construction to support designer vision and cost goals.
• Maintain all product details in PLM and prototype samples.
• Manage development process and BOMs from tech pack to production.
• Pre-cost new styles and pursue cost savings for margins.
• Plan development schedule and ensure timely deliverables.
• Coordinate with Design, Merchandising and Sourcing throughout the cycle.
