Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on mechanical work in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and use precision measurement tools.
• Operate basic shop equipment; strong analytical and trouble shooting skills.
• Industrial certifications in maintenance preferred; good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Setup, startup, operation, and shutdown of production equipment per procedures.
• Monitor production parameters, identify deviations, and make real-time adjustments.
• Assist operators and maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency of the relish line.
• Train new personnel and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
