Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Portable Restroom Technician to support delivery, setup, servicing, and pickup of portable restrooms at various sites. This outdoor, physically demanding role requires punctuality, reliability, and teamwork while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will assist with loading, transporting, cleaning, and maintaining units, follow safety procedures, and help keep trucks ready for daily operations. CDL B preferred and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Good communication and the ability to follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail when cleaning and maintaining restrooms.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from supervisors.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform demanding tasks.
• Outdoor work in varying weather; punctuality and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Setup and Delivery: Load and deliver portable restrooms to event sites, construction locations, or other designated areas.
• Pickup and Removal: Assist in breakdown and retrieval of portable restrooms after events or as required.
• Equipment Handling: Assist with hoses, pumps, and other sanitation equipment during servicing.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally onsite to address needs and concerns.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling sanitation equipment and waste materials.
• Vehicle Care: Keep service trucks clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.
• Other Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by lead technician or manager.
