Job summary

Mrjohnpit seeks a Service Technician to join our on-site service team responsible for portable restrooms and related products. You will handle pickup, delivery, installation, cleaning, and routine maintenance at multiple sites while staying in close contact with the on-site service staff.

You will be involved in safety-focused tasks, perform daily vehicle inspections, and support team coordination. A current license and DOT-related screenings are required, with opportunities for evening/weekend

Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid driver's license.
• Successful completion of all pre-employment screenings and DOT Physical.
• HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to shift, lift, and push 50-150 pounds throughout the day.
• Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
• One or more years in a service-related role with problem-solving skills is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to portable restrooms as assigned and routed.
• Perform waste removal, add water and fresh deodorizer, clean and disinfect interiors/exteriors.
• Pickup, deliver, and install portable restrooms and related products as assigned.
• Complete all service appointments and stay in contact with on-site team.
• Keep on-site team updated with progress and take additional instructions.
• Use PPE and stay compliant with safety guidelines.
• Report safety hazards and customer concerns promptly to supervisor.
• Perform daily pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and keep vehicle clean and stocked.
• May work evenings and weekends.
• Other duties as assigned.
