Job summary

Poolwerx Murrieta is seeking a Pool Service Technician to join our outdoor, active team. This full-time role offers paid training, a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, and a company vehicle provided to support field work.

You’ll service residential and commercial pools, balance water chemistry, handle chemicals after training, and build lasting customer relationships while working independently with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• No pool service experience required—we'll train you!
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old for company vehicle insurance requirements.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to safely handle pool chemicals and equipment after training.

Responsibilities

• Service an established route of residential and commercial swimming pools.
• Test and balance pool water chemistry to maintain safe, healthy water.
• Add and adjust pool chemicals including chlorine, sanitizer, pH adjusters, and algaecides.
• Brush pool walls, steps, and tile surfaces.
• Vacuum pools and remove debris.
• Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, automation systems, and other pool equipment for proper operation.
• Identify equipment issues and communicate repair recommendations to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate completed work.
