Qualifications

• Valid NC Driver’s license.
• 2+ years of experience in pool or landscape industry.
• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of pool installation projects, ensuring quality and efficiency from start to finish.
• Supervise and support field teams, providing guidance and conducting performance reviews.
