U.S. Lawns is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Operations Manager to lead daily operations across commercial landscape maintenance and enhancement services. This leadership role emphasizes accountability, coaching teams, and keeping operations safe, profitable, and efficient for clients and the business alike.

This position focuses on driving performance, improving processes, and maintaining high standards of service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, managing, and motivating field crews.
• Strong business acumen with budgeting and cash-flow understanding.
• Customer-focused with clear communication and follow-through.
• Excellent organizational skills for scheduling and reporting.
• Safety-minded with experience enforcing safety programs.
• Familiar with field-tracking systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and drive team performance.
• Oversee labor and material budgets; monitor P&L.
• Maintain strong client relationships and timely follow-ups.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and manage field staff.
• Ensure safety standards and PPE compliance.
• Coordinate schedules, equipment, and dispatch.
• Support sales initiatives and contract renewals.
• Communicate with office on paperwork and billing.
