Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts and Kendall Vegetation Services seek a Mulcher/Equipment Operator in St. Cloud, MN. The role requires operating heavy equipment to remove branches and tree material from electrical lines, with mulcher experience or Geo Boy, Barko, or skidsteer proficiency.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include safe operation, daily equipment prep, leadership when needed, and travel for storm restoration as required. Minimum HS diploma preferred; CDL/DOT may be required depending on assignment.

Qualifications

• Must have mulcher experience or Geo Boy, Barko or skidsteer.
• Prior heavy equipment operating experience preferred
• High School diploma or education equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow safe practices and enforce rules.
• Prepare equipment and materials for daily work as directed.
• Operate equipment as directed by Foreperson.
• Maintain and repair equipment and tools used in operations.
• Assist crew and take a leadership role when required.
• Clean up and dispose of debris and set up safety barriers.
