Job summary

Rural King is seeking an Outside Recovery Associate to assist customers by loading purchases into their vehicles and managing outdoor merchandising with a focus on safety and presentation.

Responsibilities include pricing accuracy, park­ing lot maintenance, and assisting with cross‑department tasks while delivering friendly, professional service to a rural community. Training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage customers and load purchases into vehicles.
• Strong verbal and written communication to assist inquiries and processes.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers in loading purchases into their vehicles.
• Collect customer signatures for load out tickets to confirm successful transactions.
• Perform “load outs” for customers from the store to their vehicles, ensuring safe loading and a seamless shopping experience.
• Adhere to the Outdoor Merchandising Guide to maintain outside presentation for easy in-store shopping.
• Ensure accurate pricing of products for customer convenience.
• Keep the parking lot, corral, and designated areas clean and well-maintained.
• Zone outside merchandising spaces such as load lanes and front walkways to maintain an orderly display.
• Use standard office equipment and retail tools as needed.
• Participate in cross-training across departments for flexibility.
• Engage in training programs and webinars to stay current on developments.
• Provide friendly, proactive internal and external support for inquiries and issues.
