Job summary

Loraloma Club at Thomas Ranch is seeking an Outside Guest Services Attendant to support daily golf operations and create an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. This outdoor, guest-facing role requires warmth, professionalism, and a commitment to luxury service.

The role involves cart staging, bag handling, facility upkeep, and delivering polished service in a fast-paced environment. Eligibility includes a high school diploma and a valid driver's license, with opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience in golf, club, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with warmth and hospitality.
• Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and storing golf bags and equipment.
• Prepare and stage golf carts for daily play and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of outdoor service areas.
• Provide information on tee times, course conditions, and services.
• Support pace of play, events, and daily golf operations.
• Respond to guest requests and handle equipment issues promptly.
• Follow safety procedures for carts and outdoor work areas.
