Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in lot maintenance, striping, sweeping, or similar work.
• Familiarity with sweepers, stripers, and basic tools.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform lot sweeping, striping, and maintenance tasks per schedule.
• Operate equipment such as sweepers, blowers, and line stripers.
• Load and transport materials and tools to job sites.
• Follow site maps, layouts, and work orders.
• Ensure all work meets quality and client expectations.
• Clock in/out and log work using Aspire Mobile.
• Track materials and submit daily summaries.
• Report job progress, issues, and equipment concerns.
