Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class B license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in asphalt maintenance or parking lot sweeping preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule including nights, early mornings, weekends, and seasonal work as needed.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL Class B trucks for parking lot sweeping.
• Assist with asphalt maintenance, including sealcoating, crack filling, and pavement striping.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Help maintain trucks and equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and traffic control devices.
• Operate snowplows, skid steers, loaders, or other snow removal equipment.
• Clear sidewalks, entrances, and walkways using snowblowers and shovels.
• Apply salt, sand, and de-icing materials to commercial properties.
