Unique Landscapes & Custom Pools seeks a Pool & Landscape Staff Designer to collaborate with the owner on custom residential projects in Chandler, AZ. Lead design and client communications, develop outdoor-living concepts, and move opportunities from idea to contract.

Role emphasizes design over high-pressure sales, with CAD/construction planning handled in-house, offering growth into senior or lead design positions and a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in Pool Studio or similar 3D pool/landscape design software.
• Strong ability to design residential pools, landscapes or outdoor living spaces.
• Excellent communications and relationship-building with clients.
• Ability to measure sites accurately for accurate design.Measurement.
• Experience with CRM, DocuSign, Outlook and Teams preferred.

Aufgaben

• Work with owner on residential and builder-generated opportunities.
• Meet with clients and help develop their pool, landscape and outdoor-living vision.
• Visit and measure project sites accurately.
• Develop and present professional 3D designs using Pool Studio.
• Prepare project estimates and proposals using pricing systems.
• Communicate design concepts and pricing clearly with clients.
• Assist with contracts and project processing when a client moves forward.
• Maintain lead and client information in CRM.
• Utilize Pool Studio, DocuSign, Outlook and Teams.
