AquaTerra Outdoors in Carrollton, TX seeks an experienced Business Development / Lead Designer to grow high-end landscape design/build opportunities. You will network, maintain client relationships, and guide projects from concept through completion, aligning design excellence with AquaTerra’s signature craftsmanship.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in high-end residential landscape design/build, a strong network in the DFW area, and proficiency with CAD/3D tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-end residential landscape architecture, outdoor living design, or related design/build roles.
• Proven ability in lead generation, client relationship management, and sales growth.
• Strong design and technical skills; able to translate vision into reality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both client-facing and internal.

Responsabilités

• Generate and develop new business through networking, referrals, and partnerships across the DFW market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, designers, and other trade partners to expand our network and pipeline.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, guiding clients from concept through completion with confidence, clarity, and care.
• Lead the creative design process, ensuring every project reflects AquaTerra’s signature quality and innovation.
• Collaborate with internal design, estimating, and project management teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Drive revenue growth, sales performance, and brand reach through strong client connections and a proactive approach to business development.
• Conduct site visits, design presentations, and construction administration as needed.
