Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Business or Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Good problem solving and resource management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement daily operating plans and maintain lighting system status.
• Supervise contractor personnel in real-time actions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal/external staff and strategic customer accounts.
• Maintain focus on safety in operations and the office.
• Evaluate lighting products for quality and maintenance needs.
• Evaluate lighting contractors for qualifications with safety emphasis.
• Manage material ordering for maintenance activities and special orders.
• Manage materials, work orders and track progress of LED Mass Change Out program.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with AES policies and controls.
• Identify problems, analyze causes, and take corrective actions.
