Job summary

Electra Grid Solutions seeks a Lighting Services Foreman to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of outdoor lighting systems, ensuring NEC compliance and adherence to safety and project timelines. The role requires strong leadership and technical expertise in lighting systems.

You will direct crews, review blueprints, and liaise with clients and project managers to deliver high-quality results while maintaining safety and efficiency across multiple sites in Georgia.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade/technical schooling preferred.
• Licensed electrician or equivalent experience in lighting/electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of NEC standards and lighting installation practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct installation of cables, conduit, and streetlights in compliance with NEC and local codes.
• Assign daily tasks to crews and monitor progress for safety and schedule adherence.
• Inspect work in progress and completed projects for quality and compliance.
• Supervise high-voltage electrical projects.
• Prepare purchase requisitions for materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate work reports detailing requirements, manpower, and hours.
• Prepare administrative reports including overtime and productivity summaries.
• Monitor crew performance and enforce safety protocols.
• Train staff in proper safety procedures and enforce adherence to safety standards.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure project success.
