Job summary

TruGreen is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Thomasville, PA (York Branch) to service a local customer base. You will drive a company vehicle on an assigned route, apply lawn care products, identify needs, and build lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old at hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass MVR and background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (DOT certification will be pursued).
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage your route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
