Job summary

TruGreen is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician at the Mill Hill, PA (Lamar Branch) to manage an outdoor route and provide lawn care services to homeowners and nearby communities. You’ll receive paid training, state certification where applicable, and benefits eligibility after 30 days.

The role involves driving a company vehicle, applying treatments, and building lasting customer relationships while working outdoors and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and consent to a criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Essential functions performed with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable, self-motivated and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (DOT certification possible).
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
